Nanjing Senhai Biological Oil & Fats Plant Nanjing Senhai Biological Oil & Fats Plant was established in 2003. The single product we specialize in is fish oil. We provide all specifications of bulk refined fish oil, as the material of fish oil soft gel. The capacity of our factory is 3000 tons per year. It occupies 12000 square meters with invested capital USD 5 million. We have 60 employees and with whom 10 are technical staff.
Total EPA +DHA of the fish oil could reach 30% to 90% vary to our clients' specific requirement: CRN, EP, AOAC and so on. Our main material, crude fish oil is imported from South America and South Africa. About 50% of our product is been exporting to America, Japan, Canada, New Zealand and European. The packaging is 190 kgs/iron drum, and a 50 kgs/iron drum is supplied as alternative. Also we could provide fish oil soft gel for you, which our partner factory or domestic customers could make for us. In order to diversify service for clients, in the beginning of 2009 we start-up R&D high concentration of fish oil in TG. High content of TG fish oil will be available in the beginning of 2010. And we are also trying to produce fish oil without colour and odor.
In the past three years we have made significant progress. Now we have three sets equipment of molecular distillation, they are 10 grade. It is our proud in the line of business. In the end of 2008 we installed nitrogen generator system. Nitrogen is carried to all productive process through pipes, so that the oil can be protected from oxidation well. The chief engineer Mr Zhou Xiaofei is a expert with ten years experience in manufacturing oils. He is a nice person who would like to make high quality product to serve our customers.
